Kewpie Mayonnaise

Japanese mayonnaise goes very well with Sushi, Okonomiyaki or all fried dishes such as Tempura or Kushikatsu. It has more umami flavour than other mayonnaises, which is partly due to the higher egg proportion. Mixed with curry paste, wasabi or Yuzu Kosho, the Japanese mayonnaise adds a very special touch to any dish. Of course it can also be used for all other dishes for which mayonnaise is needed.

Ingredients: rapeseed oil (70%), egg yellow (15%), water, brandy vinegar, salt, seasoning, apple cider vinegar, sugar, aroma (contains mustard), mustard powder
