Use and processing instructions

For soup: Cook the noodles in sufficient water for approx. 5 minutes. Then drain the water and add the noodles to the desired soup. For frying: Cook the noodles in sufficient water for approx. 4 minutes or leave to soak covered in a warm water bath (70-80°C) for approx. 10 minutes. Then rinse briefly with cold water and drain. Then use for frying.
