Universal seasoning sauce, perfect for marinating and as an ingredient in sauces. This sauce is typical of Cantonese, Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. The base is an extract of oysters, cooked in a sauce made from fermented soybeans and in a brine.
Ingredients: water, sugar, salt, oyster extract 5% [OYSTERS (MOLLUSCS) 90%, water, salt], modified corn starch, flavour enhancer E621, WHEAT FLOUR, colouring E150a.
