An incredible amount of rice is eaten in Japan. It is therefore only logical that there are also special spice mixtures with which the cooked rice can be refined. These spice mixtures are called furikake. Furikake is simply sprinkled on the prepared rice and gives it a lot of flavor. Furikake is not particularly spicy, but very aromatic. In addition to rice, the spice can also be used to refine vegetables, rice noodles, soba noodles, fish and eggs.
Futaba Kui Doraku Furikake is a delicious combination of fish and sesame.
This furikake rice seasoning is presented in a very practical glass jar. It is suitable for a variety of dishes, but is best served on freshly cooked rice.
